BREAKING NEWS: Appeal Court Sacks Dino Melaye As Kogi Senator, Orders Fresh Election

The Appeal Court upheld the decision the Kogi State National and State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal.

Orders to nullify the election of Senator Melaye of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) and ordered a fresh election.

The Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, is expected to conduct fresh elections within 90 days from the day of judgement.

The judgement was upheld by the Appeal Court during its ruling on Friday, October 11.

Reacting to the judgement, Melaye urged his supporters to be law abiding.
